YOU + CFA = A GREAT COMBO

It’s simple: Our employees are our greatest asset and the heart of our organization.

Since its inception, CFA has grown to a thriving organization providing a continuum of care, beginning with early childhood development centers, outpatient and in-home behavioral health services, medical services, and school-based health centers. The mission of CFA is to provide mental health, medical, and supportive services in accessible ways to meet the evolving needs of our communities. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Child and Family Agency (CFA) was founded in 1972 to support and nurture our community’s most vulnerable children and families. Currently, CFA has over 200 staff and a committed board of directors who work with an unrelenting passion for the betterment of our community. If all of this resonates with you, we strongly encourage you to apply.

CFA continually strives for increased diversity of our staff in accordance with the National Culturally Linguistically Appropriate Standards (CLAS), ensuring we are representative of the communities we serve. In recruiting for our team, we welcome the unique contributions that staff can bring in terms of their lived experiences. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, our inclusive culture empowers all of us to connect, belong, learn, and grow together with the communities we serve.

Child and Family Agency acknowledges the many injustices that are rooted in our nation’s history and continue to impact all systems, including injustices related to education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity, and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, veteran’s status, color, religion, ability (emotional, learning, physical), sexual orientation, and beliefs. We believe it is imperative to be agents of change, thus diversity and inclusion and core values of CFA. We work with adults, children, their families, communities, and each other to identify and use our intrinsic strengths towards creating sustainable, interconnected, and productive lives.
